  1. The GongFu branch school of the JingMei elementary school was established in August of the 44th year of the Republic of China .
  2. Then GongFu branch school was divided from the JingMei elementary school and it was renamed Xingde elementary school independently .
  1. Mr. Chen ChiaBin was the first headmaster in the 49th year of the Republic of China .
  2. Mr. Chen ReiLang became the second headmaster in February of the 60th year of the Republic of China .
  3. Mr. Lin ZhangYong became the third headmaster in August of the 62nd year of the Republic of China.
  4. Mr. He QiJie took over the fourth headmaster in August of the 67th year of the Republic of China .
  5. Mr. Hwan ShanFu took over the fifth headmaster In August of the 71st year of the Republic of China .
  6. Mr. Zhou JinZhong took over the sixth headmaster in February of the 76th year of the Republic of China .
  7. Miss Jian InJiao took over the seventh headmaster in February of the 80th year of the Republic of China .
  8. Mr. Wu WenJun took over the eighth president in February of the 84th year of the Republic of China .
  9. Headmaster Su FuShou followed the seal character and assumed office in August of the 88th year of the Republic of China.
