      (b) The implementation of equity and justice: Support the underprivileged comes first and help them to adapt to school life.
      (c) The construction of the student stage: Provide students with chances of success and build confidence in learning .
      (d) The emphasis on multiple learning: Enrich learning content and emphasize on both learning experience and creativity.
